Carnaval Season is in full swing in Spain and that means every town has a celebration waiting for you and your family. Below is the official schedule for Carnaval in the town of Nueva Andalucia. Have fun!

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11

10.00 H. Carnival Chess Tournament at the New Andalusia Tennis Association (C / Benito Pérez Galdós-behind the Virgen Madre Parish).

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15

17.00 H. Do not stay without your Carnival costume !!!
La Casita de Carnaval will be located in the La Campana children's park (Avenida Miguel de Cervantes).
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17

10.15 H. Carnival parades organized by CEIP Jósé Banús
Route: Av. Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, C / Jorge Manrique, Avenida Miguel de Cervantes and again Av. Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18

13.00 h.- Carnival chorizada in the sports center La Campana.
Children's party with different activities for the little ones (inflatable castles, workshops and animation groups).
Children's costume contest, three categories: individual, couples and groups. Entries one hour before the start of the contest. The winners of the contest will have a big party on Costa Jump.
Great performance by local carnival groups.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23

18.30 H.- Carnival party with competitions and dances at the CPA for seniors in Nueva Andalucía.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25

From 4 pm to 8 pm Carnival in El Ángel with the following activities:

Children's Costume Contest.
Popular games.
Performance by Mimosín.
