LOCATION: Throughout Marbella

The Carnaval de Marbella (Marbella Carnival) is celebrated every year and is a festive occasion for the entire family.

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 12

12.00 pm Children's Carnival Pregón, in the Temple of Alameda Park, with the following activities:

• Reading of Child Preaching by Francisco Javier Moya Palomo.
• Children's Animation Show "Little Carnival"
• Choice of Venus, Nymphs and God Child Momo.

The Election will be carried out by lottery, all children who wish to participate, with ages between 5 and 12 years, must complete their application in the Alameda Park (temple area) and deposit it in their corresponding urn.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13

17.00 H. Do not come without your Carnival costume !!!
The Casita de Carnaval will be located in C / Juan de Quijada with C / Jeddah (Santa Marta).
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

TUESDAY FEBRUARY 14

13.00 H. Inauguration of the Exhibition of Children's Competition of Posters and Masks at the Delegation of Fiestas, C / Jacinto Benavente, 10.
Visiting hours: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 14.00 hours.
The exhibition will remain until March 4.

17.00 H. Do not stay without your Carnival costume !!!
The Casita de Carnaval will be located in Parque Rio Huelo (Avda. Del Mercado - next to the Petanque Club) Miraflores.
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16

17.00 H. Do not stay without your Carnival costume !!!
The Casita de Carnaval will be located in Plaza Ramón Martínez (Plaza del Teatro),
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17

17.00 H. Do not stay without your Carnival costume !!!
The Casita de Carnaval will be located in C / María de Médicis (Plaza de Toros).
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

19.00 H Radio Television Marbella presents the carnival with a program in which we will tell you everything you can see in 2017 and we will remember the best of past editions. A must see to know the carnival from within.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18

17.00 H. Do not stay without your Carnival costume !!!
The Casita de Carnaval will be located in Parque de la Represa (Divina Pastora).
Specialized monitors will help the girls to make beautiful costumes with stationery and recycling, so they can participate in the different parades that will take place in our carnival.

18.00 H Carnival party in the A.V.V. Vazquez Clavel Pilar-Miraflores. Contest of Costumes (Children and Adults) and Election Venus and God Momo.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19

12.00 H Parade of Humor and Children's Costume Contest with the following route:

Departure.- Plaza Santo Cristo, C / Ancha, Plza. Puente Ronda, C / Remedios, C / Virgen de los Dolores, C / Ortiz de Molinillo, Plza. General Chinchilla, Plza. Los Naranjos, C / Estación, Plza. La Victoria, C / Pedraza, C / Fortaleza, Plza. Africa, C / Africa, Av. Ramón y Cajal and ending Parque de la Alameda.
Registration for the Children's Costume Contest, one hour before the departure of the Pasacalles (Plaza Santo Cristo) - Girls aged 0 to 14
During the tour the jury will choose the best costumes Individuals, Couples and Groups in Children's Category.

17.00 H Award of the Children 's Poster Contest and Masks at the Delegation of Fiestas, C / Jacinto Benavente, 10.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23

11.00 H Children's Competition of Chirigotas de Marbella at the Teatro Ciudad de Marbella.
Prize of an Infantile Celebration to the School that results winner.

12.30 H Carnival workshop at the school, at IES Bahia Marbella (C / Calvario)

Departure.- Parque de la Represa, Avda. Doctor Maiz Viñals, Plaza del Puente Málaga, Av. Nabeul, C / Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente, Av. Ramón y Cajal, Av. Ricardo Soriano, Avda. Cánovas del Castillo and ending at C / Jacinto Benavente. (Plaza Pecho de las Cuevas)
During the tour the jury will choose the best carriage and best disguises in individual category, couples and groups of Adult Category.
