My wife and I were travelling home again to our house in Nueva Andalucia and probably like many of you we always seem to get caught up at the airport! Collecting luggage which we don't always have and then getting outside to either find our car or sometimes a hire car.

The last time, we took a hire car. Wow and what a pleasant surprise for a change. We went through to arrivals and there was our name, blatant, at the front. I think it took us about 5 minutes to get to the car, guided by a pleasant chap, very unassuming but so helpful, we arrived at the car, on our way. Absolutely no hassle. We both thought it was too good to be true.

We dropped the car off on our return, 2 minutes from the terminal and we were actually taken to the airport terminal as well. No walk.

We booked online, no credit card required, we paid at the airport. We just kept our booking documents with us. We didn't even have to pay for a second driver, that was included. There was not even excess on the insurance included with the car. I don't know how they do it. We thought it might be worth mentioning on here. You might want to see for yourself.
