Can an English language legal document be notarized in Spain?

Hi, I am selling a property I own (no mortgage) in Florida, USA. As part of the process, I need to get some English language property sales documents notorized here and then posted to USA. Has anyone had experience of this and can recommend a Notary Public to do this?
