malaga lakes

Go to El Chorro lakes (see google maps for directions), it's about an hour drive inland from Malaga. Beautiful lakes, camping, walking, climbing, etc.
Enjoy!

Xtreme Gene camping Cordoba
by: Suzy

Xtreme Gene in Cordoba (not Malaga but well worth a visit, its 1 1/2 hours drive from Malaga, or an hour on the train).

It's a water sports school, they teach wakeboarding, water skiing, mono skiing, wake skating and wake surfing - from beginners to international champions - all are welcome!

You can swim in certain areas. Accomodation is in wood cabins on site, with bar and food, close to the town of Almodovar del Rio. Check out their website at www.xtreme-gene.com, or on facbook 'Like' their page - "Xtreme Gene waterski and wakeboard" where you can see their new video released just last nigh! The comments there will tell you everything you need to know! .... Its HEAVEN!!

Or camping is available at 'La Brena' .... forgot to mention that! If you 'Like' their page, you can see their video there, its called 'Xtreme Dream'

Zahara de la Sierra or Grazelema. Can't remember which one or both have lakes to swim in. I know not it's in Malaga but still fairly close.
