I am a Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor.

I love what I do, I love teaching Pilates and helping people. I am patient, motivating and use the Pilates principles to teach clients the correct way to perform exercises. I consider myself responsible and very dedicated to my work.

Previous experience: I have experience teaching Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer to small groups in two studios in la Linea de la Concepcion, Pilates mat in Sildavia and Pilates Reformer on Mas Q Pilates. Teaching the correct way to do the exercises, to obtain more strength and flexibility.

Languages: Spanish and English.
