* Team Xtreme adventures Team Xtreme is organizing two great events this weekend. On Saturday join them for their downhill mountain bike tour from Ronda to Marbella. I am now preparing for a marathon which I will run on the 5th of October. Does anyone know if I can test my skills during my holidays in Spain? This is a nice way to spend the afternoon and learn about the lifecycle of butterflies. Children are offered intensive riding lessons including theory, practical, games and excursions. Click here to read more... * XI National Horse Jumping Competition The Estepona riding school Escuela de Arte Ecuestre is hosting the XI National Horse Show Jumping Competition from July 28 - 31, 2011 daily from 10:00 to 14:00 and then 18:00 to 24:00. On Wednesday July 27th at 8:00pm join the school for a cocktail evening and again on Saturday July 30th at 10:30pm for 6 bar jumping and a flamenco party. The municipal bands play on Plaza de la Iglesia in San Pedro and on the Paseo de la Alameda in Marbella. * Marbella public schools For anyone who has moved to Marbella, you know that one of the toughest decisions you have to make is which school to place your children in. One of our readers is looking for help on choosing a public school in Marbella.
