The smaller school format really makes sure the transition from home to school life is a smooth one with lots of attention and care for the kids. We have some great reviews for Calpe School, so check them out if you are looking for a school to place your 3 to 11 year old in. Costa All Stars Cheerleading team is a fantastic sport for both boys and girls aged 3 - 16. All the squads perform along the coast & enter competitions in the UK and Spain as well as support local football & basketball games. Click here to read more… TIP: Follow them on Facebook. They’re well connected to their squad’s parents * Glow Wellness and Fitness I've been getting back in shape after the holidays and loving my exercise classes at Glow Wellness and Fitness. It's been recently renovated, so everything there is brand new. I noticed a sign posted that they are offering a FREE week to families to use the gym to test it out. There are lots of after school activities for the kids so parents can train alongside them in the gym while the they are testing out the classes. Really, there is nothing to lose here. TIP: Pay by the day, week or month so holiday makers can train here too! * Route 66 All American Diner Whether you are looking for a nice Sunday roast with the family or a fun place to spend a Friday night with friends and live music, Route 66 in Puerto Banus has it all. They can run around the square outdoors while parents relax. * Marbella doctor and massage therapist One of our readers is looking for a recommendation and asks, ”Hi! We have just bought a holiday apartment in Nagueles near centre of Marbella and plan to be there 6 - 7 times a year. I speak a little Spanish, but it would be good to find a good doctor whom I can communicate with in English in case my husband and I ever get sick down there. Also a good massage therapist who practices sports massage/rolfing/structural integration. Any good doctor and sports massage therapist recommendations between San Pedro and Marbella. Thanks in advance!” We got a good response for this, so keep them bookmarked for your next trip to Marbella. Click here to read more... TIP: For our local readers, who would you recommend?
